This is one of the (nearly 3 gallons) of strawberries (Sarah named it Egbert) from our garden last week.
We've also had lettuce for a couple of weeks and I picked a couple of beets that I didn't plant (they washed from another garden into ours). Other than that the raspberries are flowering and spreading (everywhere -- according to Sarah) and the tomatoes are flowering and many other things are growing well -- including the weeds.
By the way Egbert tasted pretty good!

dad, you just aren't supposed to go eating strawberries that turn out like that!!! they're too awesome to be eaten! oh well, Egbert had a good enough life while it lasted.
Have there been any more Egberts? Any rhubarb? If so, it's time to make a pie!
